Namibia is the land of minerals and Ricardo knows where to find them and how to make beautiful gemstones from them.
The gemstones will be manufactured in-house on our own machines. At the moment we are trying to raise money to buy or build them.
In the future an open production is planned in Okahandja, where you can watch the artist at work.
It is also possible to have the desired stone set for a necklace or as a ring.

Types of stones
A large variety of gemstones can be found in Namibia, but of course not all.
Others can be found in South Africa, Kenia and Tanzania.
At the moment we concentrate on Namibian stones.
Characteristics
Gemstones have a wide range of characteristics.
To identify the type of stone it is useful to know the definition of the different characteristics, like hardness, colour, transparency, absorption spectrum and shine.
The weight of gemstones is usually measured in carat.
Cut or tumbled
Tumbled stones have a beautiful shiny outside and are perfect as energy stones, that you love to touch and hold in hand.
Cabochons are ideal in a setting for a necklace.
And then we do all the classical gemstone cuts, that are perfect in a setting for a ring.
Power of stones
Gemstones have for sure a magic that touches everyone.
But the different stones have powers that are known since centuries. No wonder that this knowledge is rediscovered today and people use these power for healing or well being.
